ph3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 pAs HSE Quality Supervisor you will report to the Plant Manager.
In this capacity, you will lead, coordinate, and oversee the activities of assistants and operators to ensure the correct application of product and process quality control procedures, as well as health, safety, and environmental protection standards.
You will develop and update control methodologies and conduct audits to verify full compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
/p pYour most critical deliverables for this role are: /p ul liCoordinate ISO ****, ISO *****, and OHSAS ***** programs and support GMP implementation across Italian sites.
/li liDeliver HSE and Quality presentations and seminars for employees, customers, and suppliers.
/li liPlan workplace inspections and environmental monitoring, involving consultants when needed.
/li liAnalyze HSE and Quality data and propose corrective or improvement actions with the Plant Manager.
/li liSupport the development and maintenance of management systems across Italian plants.
/li liEnsure compliance with regulatory authorizations and legal obligations according to QSE procedures.
/li liAct as the company representative for HSE and Quality management systems, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
/li liPerform additional tasks assigned by the QSE Manager Europe or the Plant Manager, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.

In addition, you also have: /p ul liA degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
/li liSpecific training for supervisory roles and for HSE/Quality functions, including prevention, protection, environmental emergency, and GMP?related requirements.
/li liSolid technical knowledge of the industry, with the ability to apply standards and best practices.
/li liStrong computer skills, including MS Office, email tools, Windows applications, and JDE.
/li liProficiency in English and preferably French, with strong analytical, problem?solving, and innovation skills.
/li liEffective communication, mediation, and interpersonal abilities, with demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
/li liStrong planning and organizational skills, with initiative, flexibility, and an open?minded approach to change.
/li liThe ability to work collaboratively across teams, maintaining a dynamic and proactive attitude in a fast?paced environment.
