Hunter Philips Executive Search is seeking a Senior Grid Connection Manager for Italy to lead grid connection activities across the project lifecycle, interfacing with development teams, EPCs, Owner's Engineers and DSOs.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Italian grid connection process and experience with utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects, with fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work within Italy is offered on a rolling B2B contract basis.
