Your Tasks We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven Supply Chain Trainee to join our team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, data, and digital innovation, supporting the automation and structuring of key operational activities across Customer Service, Logistics, and VAS (Value-Added Services). The trainee will play an active role in improving existing processes and designing new ones, also in preparation for upcoming regulatory requirements, contributing to the digital evolution of a fast-growing international organization. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and map current operational processes across Customer Service, Logistics and VAS * Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities in daily operations * Support the design and implementation of automated workflows and tools (e.g. using Power Automate) * Develop and maintain data models and dashboards (Excel, Power Query, Power BI) * Contribute to the creation of new processes aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales, IT)
