/p h3bWhat you'll do /b /h3 pWe're looking for a bTalent Acquisition Specialist /b to design and execute scalable, data-driven hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent and support Clara's ambitious growth.
You'll partner closely with people partners hiring managers to understand team needs, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer.
This role will play a key part in enhancing our bemployer brand /b , optimizing our use of bGreenhouse /b (ATS), and embedding diversity into our recruitment approach.

/li liOversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
/li liUse tools like bLinkedIn Recruiter /b , referrals, and proactive sourcing to find top candidates.
/li liMonitor and report on key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire).




/li liStay up-to-date on market trends and apply innovations in recruiting practices and technology.

/li liEnsure hiring practices are inclusive and compliant with labor regulations.

The preferred qualifications are a premio, not a requirement.

/li li5+ years of experience in btalent acquisition /b /li liWorking proficiency in English.
/li liStrong command of recruitment strategies, passive sourcing, and stakeholder management.
/li liHands-on experience with bATS platforms /b , preferably bGreenhouse /b.
/li liFamiliarity with bLinkedIn Recruiter /b and modern sourcing techniques.
/li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make strategic decisions.
