/p pThe role will support day-to-day HR administration and workforce management through accurate employee data management, efficient HR processes, reporting and coordination with payroll and external workforce providers.
/p pThe successful candidate will work across employee administration, temporary workforce management, HR analytics and reporting, and employee welfare initiatives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3HR Administration /h3 ul liManage daily employee attendance and working-time processes, including time tracking, anomalies, shifts and overtime.
/li liMonitor and support the approval process for holidays, leave, permissions and absences.
/li liMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems.
/li liSupport administrative processes relating to employee onboarding, transfers and contractual changes.
/li liCollaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll inputs.
/li liEnsure HR administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
/li /ul h3Temporary Workforce Management /h3 ul liCoordinate relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
/li liManage requests, activations, extensions and terminations for temporary workers.
/li liMonitor workforce levels, assignments and associated documentation.
/li liSupport supplier performance monitoring and related reporting activities.
/li liMaintain accurate records of temporary workforce activity.
/li /ul h3HR Analytics Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
/li liMonitor KPIs relating to attendance, absenteeism, overtime, temporary workforce levels and headcount.
/li liMaintain high standards of HR data quality and accuracy.
/li liProvide HR analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
/li /ul h3Employee Welfare Services /h3 ul liManage the company welfare platform.
/li liSupport employees with welfare initiatives and flexible benefits.
/li liAssist with annual welfare communications and employee engagement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
/li lib5 years of experience in HR administration, personnel management or workforce management /b.
/li liStrong knowledge of HR administration processes.
/li liExperience working with employee attendance and time-tracking systems.
/li liFamiliarity with temporary workforce management.
/li liAdvanced Excel skills.
/li liExperience using HRIS platforms and HR reporting tools.
/li liExperience preparing HR reports, dashboards and KPI analysis.
/li liKnowledge of employee welfare platforms is an advantage.
/li liStrong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
/li liAbility to manage confidential employee information with discretion.
/li liGood communication and stakeholder management skills.
