/p h3Location Role /h3 pPosition in Italy, Milan.
The Retirement Advisor supports projects in the Retirement area, working with senior consultants to deliver administration and advisory services for pension funds, with responsibilities in governance, compliance, operational management, and risk management.
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liUpdating and managing governance documentation (notices, minutes, archiving, filings with supervisory authorities).
/li liOperational support in organizing processes, implementing decisions of administrative bodies, and preparing contractual documents with suppliers and partners.
/li liManaging vantaggi requests, enrollments, complaints, and statistical reports to authorities.
/li liPerforming second-level controls on internal processes and monitoring risk management KPIs.
/li liCoordinating with third-party suppliers and supporting the update of institutional documentation.
/li liAnalyzing tax issues related to supplementary pensions.




/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related fields.
/li liKnowledge of pension regulations (D.Lgs. ********, IORP II, DORA, GDPR) and supervisory practices.
/li liExperience in the operational management of pension funds, including enrollment processes, benefits, and complaints.
/li liExcellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
/li liGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
/li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
/li liExcellent interpersonal skills and a team?oriented attitude, even in international contexts.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in the supplementary pension or insurance sector.
/li liFamiliarity with audit processes, risk management, and updating institutional documentation.
