Here are the details /h3h3What You'll Do /h3ulliArchitect, design, develop, and maintain scalable and consistent services, writing reusable, modular, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
/liliCollaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into effective software solutions, define timelines, and estimate effort.
/liliPerform code reviews, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and ensure high code quality and performance.
/liliStay up to date with new technologies and tools, drive their adoption when appropriate, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and team growth.




/li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliExtensive experience in backend development, with solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design.
/liliStrong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
/liliSelf-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
/liliExperience working in an Agile environment.
/li /ulh3Nice-to-Have /h3ulliGood knowledge of functional programming languages.
/liliProfessional experience with Rust and/or Elixir.
/liliFirst-hand experience of test-driven development (TDD), Event-Sourcing and CQRS.
/liliExperience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
