and labeling /li liPerform cross?connects and patch panel work /li liTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues /li liDocument all work with photos and detailed notes /li liCoordinate with remote NOC and client teams /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience /li liStrong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single?mode/multi?mode fiber) /li liExperience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro) /li liAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments /li liOwn transportation and ability to work on?site /li liProfessional communication skills in English /li liData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) – preferred /li liNetwork certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) – preferred /li liExperience with DCIM and ticketing systems – preferredFamiliarity with major colocation providers – preferred /li liStandard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
