ph3Role Overview /h3 pThe FPA Analyst reports to the Head of FPA for Italy, based in our Milan office.
The role involves analysing and forecasting financial information to support Senior Management in critical decision-making across the Italian portfolio.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonthly and year?end reporting with consolidated managerial results, including operating assets, projects under development, and service companies.
/li liReview financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
/li liAnalyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for the Italy business.
/li liDevelop budgets and forecasts, support cash flow estimation for shareholder distributions.
/li liPrepare and present financial reports to Senior Management and non?financial stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
/li liConduct variance analyses comparing actual results versus budgeted and forecasted figures, identify variances and provide corrective recommendations.
/li liCreate ad?hoc reports as required.
/li liPartner cross?functionally with other departments to ensure accurate and up?to?date financial data.
/li /ul h3Desired Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liBackground in Financial Planning Analysis or controlling within a corporate environment.




/li liProven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting processes.
/li liHands?on experience preparing managerial reports and presenting financial insights to Senior Management.
/li liProficiency in English, spoken and written (additional languages a plus).
/li liTech fluency, including familiarity with or interest in developing AI tools to streamline data preparation and reporting.
