Responsibilities

- Define electrical specifications for machinery and equipment used in cable manufacturing processes.
- Design and develop solutions involving electrical systems, automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems.
- Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment in Prysmian plants worldwide.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements

- Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics
- At least five to seven years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector.
- Similar role means an experience in process automation.
- English Proficiency
- Good communication, negotiation and team working skills.
- Ability to understand the context of the work environment
- Management of inter-departmental and multicultural relations.
- Ability to identify potential problems, and propose solutions.




- Availability to travel.
