Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants

Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure

Managelogisticsand surgical inventory across hospital accounts

Ensure successful surgicalcasecoverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented

Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service

Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree

OR

Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience

High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience

4+ years of military service

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team

Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings

Ability toliftupto 40lbs.andmaintainflexibility for an on-call schedule

Compensation

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performancetaken into account. The typical pay range for this position is

annually, withpotential forbonuses and incentivesplusbenefits.
