About the role Eight Sleep is seeking a Growth Engineer to join our Brand and Growth team in Milan. You will focus on the eightsleep.com storefront, shipping landing pages and running high-velocity experiments to improve conversion funnels for our global customer base.

What you'll do

- Develop and launch landing pages, campaign pages, and partner-focused web experiences using responsive and accessible components.
- Manage the full lifecycle of A/B tests, from hypothesis generation and funnel instrumentation to analysis and reporting.
- Create templatized, scalable systems to streamline the deployment of new web content.
- Oversee the analytics stack, ensuring accurate, privacy-compliant event tracking and advertising integrations.
- Optimize conversion rates by refining CTAs, email capture, messaging, and overall page performance.
- Maintain SEO standards, including sitemaps, metadata, and structured data, while ensuring high page speed and accessibility.
- Implement localized web experiences to support our international audience.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, specifically within growth, marketing, or ecommerce environments.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.




- Strong understanding of experiment design, including hypothesis framing, sample size calculation, and statistical significance.
- Hands‑on experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude for tracking funnels and cohorts.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Expertise in web performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their impact on tracking consent.
- Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants to increase development velocity.

Nice to have

- Experience with SEO, AEO, and structured data implementation.
- Background in internationalization and localization.
- Knowledge of server-side conversion tracking like CAPI.
- Skills in Tailwind CSS, Figma‑to‑code workflows, and design system maintenance.
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and media asset pipelines.
- Experience optimizing media‑heavy websites.
