We are looking for someone who can bring together technical expertise and creative sensitivity: a technologist capable of building generative artificial intelligence pipelines of the highest quality, with a trained eye for the fundamentals of design.

You will report directly to the Team Leader - AI & Research and work closely with the department's Industrial Designer, based at our Rimini office.

What you will do

- Build the core architecture of a new internal tool from the ground up, meeting milestones through the development of the tool
- Design disruptive, locally-run AI pipelines, introducing new generative capabilities and workflows for the studio
- Ensure every new project is connected to an existing or dedicated dataset from week one
- Curate the quality and authenticity of the data fed into proprietary models, in line with Modena40's historical archive
- Optimize pipeline infrastructure to reduce computation, generation and rendering times
- Conduct regular benchmark testing comparing the internal tool against leading commercial solutions on the market




- Organize advanced technical training sessions for specialists within the AI department

What we are looking for

- A degree in Industrial Design, Computer Engineering, Innovation Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Transportation Design or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience with generative AI or AI-based workflow pipelines
- A background in industries such as Automotive, Motorcycle, Transportation Design, Digital Innovation, Research & Development or Creative Technology
- Strong command of English (Italian is a plus)
- Proficiency in Python, ComfyUI, AI pipeline management, datasets and LLMs
- Willingness and ability to work in Italy, based in Rimini (Via dell'Alce 22)

Have already worked closely with product design teams and know how to recognize the fundamentals of motorcycle design - proportions, surfaces, details - and can communicate your ideas clearly to those without your technical background.
