In this role you drive IT procurement strategy and end-to-end sourcing across the Group, partnering with IT leadership and cross-functional teams. You shape supplier agreements and performance, ensuring value, risk control, and governance alignment with business priorities. You will negotiate software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, and IT services, while driving cost savings and supplier competition. You join a heritage-rich, innovation-driven group aiming for sustainable growth and enduring value, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity and Privacy to manage risks and compliance.

- Manage end-to-end IT sourcing processes (RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting)
- Support development and execution of Group IT category strategies with IT leadership
- Negotiate IT contracts across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom, and IT services
- Identify savings, cost avoidance, and value creation through benchmarking and supplier competition
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, renewals, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Privacy to address contractual and risk requirements
- Ensure adoption of Group Procurement Guidelines and P2P tools (SAP Ariba, Vendor Portal)
- 8+ years in procurement, sourcing or vendor management
- Experience with IT categories in international/matrix organizations
- Strong understanding of IT contracts, licensing models, SLAs, renewals, and supplier performance management
- Structured, analytical, and business-oriented with ability to translate technical requirements into commercial strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
