In this role you bridge business strategy and technology to drive Costa’s MarTech-enabled transformation around Omnichannel Personalization, Pricing and Bundling. You’ll work within Marketing Operations to translate ambitions into scalable platform capabilities and integrated solutions. You’ll engage across business, technology, and external partners to deliver complex enterprise programs that fuel growth and enhance customer experience. A GenAI-enabled mindset will shape platform design, data, and automation to enable future-ready capabilities.

- Bridge business needs and technology solutions to enable transformation initiatives
- Lead governance, stakeholder and vendor coordination across a portfolio of programs
- Define requirements and capabilities for core MarTech platforms and integrations
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from envisioning to deployment and adoption




- Act as MarTech and Digital lead for Pricing & Bundling transformation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
- 6-8 years of experience in MarTech, Digital Transformation, Platform Delivery, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Program Management, or similar roles
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end programs across full delivery lifecycle
- Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CDP, Marketing Automation, Personalization, Omnichannel technologies)
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into functional and technical solutions
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, and data-driven capabilities in enterprise contexts
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management with senior-leader influence
