Position Summary The Manager, Site Business Enablement will support the execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives withinOperations Procurement,with a focus on driving efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable business outcomes. Reporting to the Associate Director,Procurement Lead,Site Business Enablement, this role will partner with site and functional stakeholders toidentify, prioritize, and implement opportunities that deliver measurable P&L; impact, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple sites.

Key areas of focus may include tail spend optimization, support of site category strategy implementation, catalog strategy expansion, and change management activities enabling adoption and long-term value realization. Partner with site Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and implementation of priority initiatives. Analyzespend, process, and operational data toidentifyopportunities for efficiency, cost avoidance,



and improved business performance across sites.

Manage andmonitorchange management efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and business value delivery. Bachelor's degreerequired; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 6years of experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, business enablement, ora relateddiscipline. Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Experience with category management, spend optimization, catalog strategy, or process improvementstronglypreferred. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization. Ability tooperatewith a high degree of accountability, urgency, and professionalism.

Experience supporting change management and implementation activities preferred.
