As a Licensed Therapist, you’ll provide evidence-based counseling services in our Florence outpatient clinic while working alongside experienced psychiatric providers and fellow therapists who share a common mission: helping people heal.

Requirements What You’ll Do

- l Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Deliver outpatient therapy services in our Florence, Alabama clinic.
- Support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment disorders, developmental concerns, severe mental illness, substance use history, and cooccurring medical conditions.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment goals and interventions as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) using SOAP note format in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other members of the treatment team to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
- Provide crisis intervention and follow-up services when needed to support client safety and stability.
- Participate in monthly team meetings, case consultations, and interdisciplinary collaboration.




- Pursue continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and strengthen clinical skills.

- Report compliance, ethical, or safety concerns promptly to leadership or the HIPAA Officer.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, compliance education, and required organizational training.
