This position requires you to take charge of legal matters from the initial drafting phase to the final execution stage for a range of partnerships and operational requirements. You will also play a key role in enhancing legal processes by leveraging digital tools and innovative solutions.

What you'll do Draft and negotiate intricate B2B agreements that cater to different satispay business lines, including contracts for merchants and employers related to payment services and corporate welfare initiatives.

Structure, oversee, and manage strategic partnerships from inception through to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed.

Provide legal counsel on technology agreements, SaaS contracts, procurement deals, and supplier arrangements, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Collaborate closely with the Tender Manager to address legal considerations during procurement processes, including the review and negotiation of tender documents and contracts.

Offer advice on, draft, and negotiate contracts related to marketing initiatives, advertising, co-branding efforts, and agency partnerships.

Spearhead enhancements in contract templates, legal workflows, and the automation of negotiations by utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline processes.





Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between legal strategies and business objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Monitor legal developments and industry trends that may impact the business, providing proactive advice to mitigate risks.

Conduct training sessions for internal teams on legal compliance and best practices, promoting a culture of awareness and adherence to legal standards.

Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and agreements, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on legal matters that affect business operations.

Requirements A degree in law with a minimum of 8 years of experience specializing in commercial law, particularly in complex B2B contracts and transactional issues, gained from both law firms and in-house environments.

Proven ability to independently manage multiple transactions, prioritize competing tasks, and effectively balance legal risks with business goals.

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and provide constructive challenges while delivering practical solutions.

Excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders and distill complex legal concepts into understandable terms.





A genuine interest in utilizing and enhancing digital and AI-enabled legal tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in legal processes.

Proficiency in both English and Italian, with the ability to draft and negotiate contracts in both languages.

Nice to have A qualification as a lawyer would be advantageous.

Previous experience in rapidly growing technology companies, particularly within the fintech or corporate welfare sectors, is a plus.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial services industry would be beneficial.
