As an IT Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for technical support and the management of the Acquera Group’s IT systems, ensuring business continuity, data security, and system efficiency. You will also collaborate on digital transformation projects and the adoption of innovative, standardized, and efficient IT solutions, contributing to process improvement and resource optimization within an international environment. Provide advanced technical support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other company peripherals, ensuring efficiency and business continuity.

Manage remote interventions via RDP tools, ensuring quick resolutions and proactive user support. Contribute to the design and implementation of digital transformation projects, from management systems to cybersecurity initiatives, improving IT processes and infrastructure. Install, configure, and update software, manage security patches, and optimize system reliability.

Manage tickets and document operational procedures,



developing guides and FAQs to support user autonomy and improve IT team efficiency.
