We are looking for an International Lenses Network coordinator who will take the responsibility of all concerns the international logistics network for replenishment flows of frames and marketing material.

Perform KPI result analysis to proactively support troubleshooting activities and enhance the decision-making process for network optimization and synergies. Coordinate a cross-functional team working on the monitoring of international shipments, ensuring visibility, timely issues resolution, and alignment with service level expectations. Supervise the daily tracking and exception management of critical flows, collaborating with warehouse at origin, carriers,



and warehouses at destination to guarantee smooth operations.

Actively contribute to strategic International Network Projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability. Continuously strengthen the Global Logistics Transportation community by fostering collaboration, best practice sharing, and cross-regional alignment. Support the development and continuous improvement of monitoring tools and dashboards to enhance flow visibility and operational control.

Ensure alignment between global and regional teams on shipment monitoring protocols and escalation processes.
