The Ideal Person
- Good MS - Office knowledge Excel, Word, Outlook
- Sales oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage customer backlog and monitor order status to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support sales activities by preparing and following up on RFQs and quotations.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth order processing and delivery to customers.
- Promptly and accurately respond to customer information requests.
- Follows up on sales activities throughout the process from initial contact to order fulfilment.
- Support customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead time and prices.
- Other duties as assigned.
