As International HR Compensation Specialist , you will join our Compensation & Benefit Department at Saipem SpA, based in Milan. How can you support us?

Analysis and development of compensation strategies that meet corporate needs and market studies. Collaboration with the corresponding human resources functions in local branches to define grading system, compensation structures and incentive plans. Coordination with external providers for managing compensation surveys.

Promotion of a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation systems. Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.

Background: 2-4 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, particularly in compensation,



preferably in the French market. Given the company's international profile, professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in French and English are essential requirements. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel. You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for.
