We are looking for a Graduate Frontend Developer to help us build the tools and interfaces needed for a major project with a prominent Italian financial services group. This position is about creating clear, functional software that helps our team and our clients make sense of complex financial data.

Blue Oak Consulting provides independent advisory on pricing, portfolio economics, capital allocation, and acquisition assumptions. The Role

This is a tempo pieno, permanent position where you will work as part of a distributed team. Since we are a fully remote firm,



you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while coordinating closely with our principals. You will not be building generic websites.

Instead, you will be designing and coding the front end for analytical tools that test whether commercial assumptions are actually grounded in reality. The focus is on accuracy, usability, and the clear presentation of financial metrics.

What You Will Be Doing

- Developing clean and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Translating financial models and spreadsheets into interactive web based tools for our clients.
- Working with the project team to visualize how capital flows through a business.
- Building dashboards that help a prominent Italian financial services group monitor their portfolio economics.
- Writing and testing code to ensure our internal tools remain reliable and secure.
- Collaborating with senior advisors to refine the way we present findings and data to stakeholders.
- Participating in code reviews to maintain high technical standards across our small development team.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs to ensure a smooth experience for non technical users.

What You Bring

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience from a coding bootcamp.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3,



and JavaScript fundamentals.
- A basic understanding of frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- An interest in how businesses work and how financial data is structured.
- A high degree of attention to detail to ensure that numerical data is displayed accurately.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts to colleagues who are financial specialists.
- A self directed approach to work, which is essential for success in a fully remote environment.
- Comfort with version control tools like Git.
