ABOUT THE ROLE R & D Laboratory Technician Job Purpose Joining a dynamic and motivated Material Laboratory team, the MATERIAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN, with a Technical background and the desire to support analysis, investigation, research and development, will be involved in a variety of laboratory-based activities within Mixing/Vulcanization/Preparation Lab. The candidate will carry out preparation, sampling, measuring, recording results. Preparing, mixing and vulcanizing specimens and samples Recording results to present to supervisors/senior colleagues and to lab customers Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses Maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment Ensuring the laboratory is well‑stocked and resourced Using computers Qualifications &





Experience RequiredEducation ~ Technical High school diploma minimum requirement (e.Experience ~ Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Good manual skills Basic technical‑scientific knowledge – ability to understand procedures and test methods Basic knowledge and use of Office (Excel and Outlook mainly) Ability to develop/issue operating procedures and test methods is a plus Knowledge of statistics and data elaboration is a plus Languages Skills Italian English Flexibility: availability to work in different shifts and laboratory areas (Preparation, Vulcanization, Physical Tests and Chemical Tests) The salary range is based on gender‑neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location.
