Reporting to theArea Manager, you’ll help lead day‑to‑day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You’ll deliver exceptional experiences through customer‑focused service and operational excellence.

Oversee day‑to‑day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy,



tenancy and resident engagement

Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L; outcomes

Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes

You’re Likely a Match If You

Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings

Are confident leading day‑to‑day operations while balancing competing priorities

Have experience managing budgets, P&L; performance or commercial outcomes

Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism and clear boundaries

Are a visible, hands‑on leader who enjoys being the go‑to person for residents, teams and stakeholders

You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
