As a Cost Estimator , you will respond to the Head of Sustinable Infrastructures Tendering department and be part of the Sustainable Infrastructures Business Line. Analyze the tender documents provided by Client and study scope of work, project schedule, technical specifications and Client’s requirements.

Develop the cost estimate of project activities and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables, assets, plant materials and subcontracts. Develop accurate cost analysis for construction works. Implement the constructability activities as required (e.G. in the definition of most appropriate erection methods, fabrication/construction sequences, layouts, pre-fabrication strategies, etc.) Prepare the bid price sheet and the project cash flow.

Education: Master's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveyor Diploma Experience:



at least 10 years as Estimator within Transport Infrastructures Projects (e.Railways, Metro, Motorway) and Civil Sectors.

Languages: English B2 Knowledge of Estimating Methodologies and cost analysis of Direct, Indirect and Subcontracting works; IT Skills: Familiarity with Estimating Tools such as: STR VISION, PRIMUS, etc.; E. structured Database, excel programming). You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
