In particular the project uses an ETRM (Allegro) to manage all about Fuel shipping.

We are searching for a candidate with a good knowledge about shipping of fuel, cost of ports, cost of ships, demurrage, upstream & gas. The candidate will be responsible for providing critical system and business process support for the ETRM.

Process

Support is the first line of support for user issues, providing training, user support and the interface between IT and the Business, ensuring clear communication is provided in both directions. Facilitate end user acceptance testing Configuration and maintenance tasks specific to Fuel Extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and high level capability working with Excel and SQL Solid experience with Front to Back internal controls, familiarity with process design/documentation, process testing/audit, and process improvements; Ability to identify andunderstand various risks and then design and implement relevant processes/controls to mitigate them.

Excellent

Oral or written communication skills and a Team Player English and Spanish is highly preferred. Willingness to travel overseas.
