Plan and organize team activities to ensure successful project delivery. 5+ years of professional experience in consulting firms or companies, in roles related to HR, Communication, and/or Digital Transformation. ~ HR, internal communication/collaboration, digital business (e.g. commerce, CRM). ~ Manage complex digital projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. ~ Work on and/or manage technology-driven Change Management initiatives. ~ Strong interest in organizational change and willingness to embrace new challenges. ~ Build empathetic relationships with top and middle management. ~ Act with proactivity, flexibility, and autonomy. ~ Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments. ~ English proficiency at C1 level or higher. ~ Gross annual salary for this position ranges from €29,000 to €40,000, adjustable based on skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
