Rosewood Rome is currently casting for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, supporting the smooth operation of the accounts payable function. The role will be instrumental in securing the successful opening of the hotel, by keeping updated and accurate vendor books.

Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Verify, code, and enter accounts payable transactions into the accounting system. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and supporting documentation.

Support the setup and improvement of new accounting software. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role in hospitality is a plus. Mandatory fluent Italian and English languages. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
