Purpose




The IT Projects Director is an executive leader responsible for the overall delivery of ICT and Digital build activities across the organization, including infrastructure, tools, and business solutions.
The role oversees multiple departments with enterprise‐wide accountability for IT Project Management, Digital Project Management, application development (ProDev), Low‐Code and digital initiatives.
The IT Projects Director contributes to the definition of the company's IT and Digital strategy and reports to the Group IT&S; Director. The role is a member of key governance bodies such as the IT&S; Leadership Team, IT&S; Investment Committee, and Steering Committees, with regular interactions at CxO level.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a large, multi‐disciplinary organization (40+ headcount), including managers, across multiple geographies
Manage IT and Digital project budgets, including investment decisions and contribution
