Role
The purpose of the role is to drive business growth through strategic channel development, coordinating the sales network and working closely with both the Group and with distributors and sales agencies
Define and implement the sales strategy for the distribution channel in Italy
Identify growth areas and business development opportunities across the country
Organise regular review meetings with distributors and sales agents
Ensure clear and structured reporting on business activities, opportunities and risks
Support partners in managing customers and business opportunities
Monitor key KPIs: revenue, booking, pipeline
Identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions where necessary
Contribute to the development of new distributor agreements




Collaborate closely with European and local stakeholders to implement commercial strategies and achieve business objectives
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in engineering or equivalent technical discipline
Proven experience in the electrical/industrial distribution sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiating skills
Results-oriented and good team player
Well organized and proactive
Resilient, with the ability to perform effectively in complex business environments
Good working knowledge IT tools relevant to the role
Fluent in English; Knowledge of French would be a plus
The position includes flexible working hours and remote working two days a week
