PM_SAT_2026 Your Responsibilities Program Management : Lead and manage complex space mission projects, ensuring they meet technical, schedule, and financial objectives from conception to completion. Customer Interface : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer requirements are met. Internal Coordination : Oversee cross-functional teams, aligning internal resources (engineering, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth project execution. PMO team Management : Coordinate and manage the PMO team, including Procurement Managers which support the PM in the interaction with external suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet project deliverables on time and within budget. Meetings and Reviews : Organize and lead project meetings, technical reviews, and workshops, providing clear communication and documentation of outcomes. Budget and Financial Oversight : Manage project economics,



including cost estimation, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting on overall financial health. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the project schedule, budget, and performance, ensuring proactive measures are in place. Compliance : Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ESA, ASI) and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Your Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program management within space missions or aerospace projects, particularly with ESA/ASI or similar agencies.
