Overview In this role you drive education and professional development for rising stars and emerging KOLs in TAVI, bridging Medical Affairs with Professional Education. You will design tailored learning pathways, build sustainable expert pipelines, and identify future proctors to advance interventional cardiology. As a strategic connector across countries, you'll lead collaborative programs, track progress, and shape the future of HCP training in this field. This position offers meaningful impact by accelerating scientific and procedural growth within a patient‐centered mission.



Key Responsibilities Develop and engage high‐potential rising stars and emerging KOLs in TAVI Design and lead tailored educational and development pathways Act as strategic connector across countries and functions to collaborate with Edwards Build sustainable expert pipelines and identify future proctors Shape the future of interventional cardiology through structured engagement and innovation Track activities and report progress by country; collect and act on feedback Refine the Next Gen strategy, segmentation, and scoring in collaboration with leadership Create a Next Gen working group for ideation on healthcare in interventional cardiology, technology, research and training Lead dedicated events Qualifications University degree; solid professional experience in Interventional Cardiology with knowledge of transcatheter procedures such as TAVI Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 60% of the time #J-18808-Ljbffr
