Lead Asset Manager – Green Power (Milano) Location: Milano – 100% Permanent (Hybrid model, 10% travel) Role Overview Alpiq focuses on long‐term management of renewable energy assets across Europe. The Italian portfolio includes solar PV, wind, and mini‐hydro assets. In this role, you will oversee and optimize performance of a diversified portfolio of assets across Italy, reporting to the Head of Asset Management and O&M; Italy, with responsibilities across operational, financial, regulatory, and stakeholder domains. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational and financial management of a portfolio of solar PV, wind, and mini‐hydro assets in Italy Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize performance, availability, and value Monitor KPIs, production data, budgets, and cash flows to ensure targets are achieved Manage asset‐level budgets, forecasts, and long‐term financial models Ensure compliance with financing agreements, lender reporting, and covenant requirements Oversee key contracts (O&M;, PPA, land lease, insurance)



and manage external partners Ensure compliance with Italian regulatory frameworks and monitor market developments Lead and support the Asset Management team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Impact Drive EBITDA growth and long‐term asset value through performance optimization, cost control, and strategic initiatives (refinancing, contract optimization) Protect cash flow stability and ensure compliance with financing structures and shareholder return expectations Increase asset availability and improve technical performance across the portfolio Proactively identify and manage operational, regulatory, and market risks to preserve downside protection Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field 7–10 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, infrastructure, or IPP environments Strong knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market and regulatory framework and exp
