This position will work closely with Interior Designers and Senior FF&E; Procurement Manager to maintain FF&E; budgets, project procurement, supply chain, logistics and project installations.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced FF&E; Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee the full logistics, quality control, and delivery process for a luxury residential hospitality project in different regions (Latinoamerica, Caribbean, EMEA). This role is responsible for managing production follow‐up, factory coordination, inbound logistics from multiple regions, storage operations, and final‐mile delivery.

Responsible for factory supervision, quality control, and production sign‐off
Manages storage operations and all inbound logistics
Coordinates last‐mile delivery in remote locations like beaches, sand, islands
Oversees inventory accuracy, documentation, dispatch & receiving
Plans and supervises loading/unloading, equipment rental, and batch delivery scheduling




Works closely with Construction for delivery timelines, site readiness, and installation planning
Supervises Utopia‐hired installers to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and contractual commitments
Must be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in complex or remote logistics environments
Production Oversight & Quality Control
Conduct detailed quality checks and approve inventory before packing and sign‐off.
Ensure all items meet Utopia's standards for quality, specifications, and finishes.
Inbound Logistics & Storage Management
Monitor and confirm the arrival of goods at storage facility.
Arrange and oversee loading/unloading operations at all locations.
Maintain a full, accurate, and continuously updated inventory of all items.
Handle all dispatch, receiving, and transport paperwork.
Ensure complete documentation for internal controls and auditing.
