Ramboll is seeking an European Payroll Service Delivery Manager to ensure payroll services across Europe are delivered accurately and compliantly. You will interface with Ramboll, payroll vendors, and local subcontractors, HR, Finance, ICT, and other stakeholders in a European hybrid/remote delivery model.
You will own service performance, vendor governance, escalations, continuity, and transformation initiatives while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across Ramboll’s payroll
