You’re not just managing comments — you’re building culture. As our Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of SharkNinja’s online communities and a hands-on content creator who can take an idea from concept to published video, solo. This role sits at the intersection of community, content,



and culture — and it moves fast.
Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, forums, and online groups — monitoring, responding, and representing the brand with speed and authenticity
Build relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to drive loyalty and organic advocacy
Content Creation
Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first video content — from idea to execution
Create content built to stop the scroll: native to platform, culturally relevant, and designed with engagement in mind
Final-year university student, master’s student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital culture
Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content independently — show us your work
Strong written voice with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences
