As part of the Fever Originals team , you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
We are looking for an experienced,



passionate and critical-thinking Production Team Lead to lead the production team who delivers our portfolio of live experiences in the Italian market as well as taking ownership on some top priority projects. This person will oversee all aspects of production conducted in the region, ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered across the board.
The ideal candidate will show a talent for leadership and teamwork, flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, a close attention to detail, and meet deadlines while staying within budgets in challenging conditions . This role requires a proven track record in live event production and/or immersive experiences, with experience in the production and delivery of permanent attractions as a strong plus.
Manage the Italy Production team on regional FO productions, creating a supportive team environment, and focusing on the development of team members,
Assess regional projects and assign within the team or to freelancers as needed
Support the team to manage priorities, oversee progress towards deliverable
