Mandarin Oriental Milan, Milan, is seeking a Commis de Partie in the Kitchen Department to assist in the preparation and production of dishes, reporting to the Executive Sous Chef. You will contribute to delivering MOHG standards with careful attention to portion size, quality and presentation.
We require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, along with strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
