To strengthen our Procurement Department, we are looking for a Technical Buyer .

The Technical Buyer is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, components, equipment, manufacturing services and technical services required for the execution of the Company’s engineered-to-order projects.
Working in close cooperation with Engineering, Proposal, Project Management, Planning, Quality and Production, the Technical Buyer ensures that procurement activities meet the required technical specifications, quality standards,



project schedules and cost objectives.

Manage the complete procurement process, from purchase requisition through purchase order placement, ensuring compliance with company procedures and project schedules.
Review technical specifications, drawings and procurement documentation, working closely with Engineering and Project Management to identify the most suitable sourcing solutions.
Identify, qualify and develop national and international suppliers, evaluating their technical capabilities, manufacturing capacity, quality standards, commercial competitiveness and delivery performance.
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), perform technical and commercial bid evaluations, and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules and contractual conditions with suppliers.
Procure fabricated steel structures, machining services, mechanical components, industrial equipment, instruments, valves
