Experteer OverviewIn this Mechanical Engineer role at Lilly's Sesto Fiorentino site, you will help manage production lines across Packaging, Formulation, Filling, or Visual Inspection to optimise efficiency, safety, and quality. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate production plans into actionable equipment setup and maintenance activities. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and ensuring compliance with standards.
