We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Electrification Business Area, Smart Power Division, PG Breakers and Enclosures.
In this role you will be responsible for the quality of products according to the required technical specification, during product development and/or active products technical improvement.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Acting as point of reference for suppliers during the process audits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures for customers during visits/audits on the production plant.
Being responsible for managing all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement.
Promoting Quality wins methodology in the factory




You possess basic knowledge of manufacturing technologies, quality control processes/methodologies and Statistical Analysis.
You have a very good knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of SAP systems and Lean manufacturing are appreciated.
You are at ease communicating in English and Italian
You have speediness and problem solving orientation, commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
