NAVFAC EURAFCENT Capodichino in Italy seeks a TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR to lead human capital strategy across mission-critical civilian and military teams. You will supervise staff, provide policy guidance, and advance a theater HC program in support of NAVFAC missions.
You will oversee personnel forecasting, design and implement the Position Management Program, and advise the Business Director on merit principles. This is an overseas leadership role with DoD requirements.
