You will also showcase your expertise by staying abreast of the state of the art and actively applying this knowledge. /p pThis role is contributing to the Medium Voltage Switchgear business line within the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division in Italy. Main stakeholders are Technology Management, Prototype workshop, Testing Laboratory, Product Management, Product Marketing, Factory Operations and Quality departments. /p pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liWorking as a reliable contributor in RD projects for portfolio development, enhancement or maintenance. /li liUsing technical know-how in your own area of competence to answer customer needs, solve problems and propose new ideas. /li liValidating technical solutions with calculations, simulations and tests. /li liDocumenting work results (like findings, designs, or test results),



allowing others to maintain and improve them. /li liCollaborating with several stakeholders inside and outside RD community for reaching assigned targets (scope, quality, time and costs) and raising and addressing risks. /li liProviding consulting services to business operations and customers. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or Technical High School diploma. /li liExperience in the electromechanical industry, preferably working as engineer/designer of medium voltage products, is a plus. /li liYou are qualified in operating with CAD (preferably SolidWorks) and PLM (preferably Windchill) software and preferably having capabilities in reading 2D technical drawings and electrical diagrams. /li liYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English languages, both written and spoken. /li liYou enjoy working in designing, prototyping and testing mechanical and/or electrical components. /li liYou are passionate about analyzing issues, creating alternative solutions starting from scratch and validating them with calculations and simulations. /li liExpertise in simulations (mechanical, electrical, elecromechanical) is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
