**Role Purpose**:
Support the definition of a regulatory framework for electronic communication and audiovisual services in line with corporate objectives **Key accountabilities and decision ownership**: - Support regulatory proceedings’ management with specific regard to the definition of Universal Service’s net cost, IoT and M2M services’ supply, artificial intelligence, Big Data, audiovisual services and contents, copyright
- Manage requests for information on the above topics
- Support in the preparation of Company positions with respect to public consultations having relevance in the above regulatory field both at national and European level
- Carry out analysis of national and European regulatory decisions on the above matters
- Support the Company in the execution of the regulatory legislation relating to the above issues




- Support the Company in preventing disputes with the other electronic communication operators
- Support disputes’ resolution proceedings management with electronic communication operators
- Liase with the Parent Company on the above matters’ regulation definition and execution **Core competencies, knowledge and experience**: - Degree in Law with a specific focus on regulation
- Preferential qualification to have obtained a master's degree in regulation matters
- Proactivity, problem solving, ability to work in a team, empathy, enthusiasm
- Preferential requirement to have carried out internship activities in the regulatory field
