Together, we belong to something beautiful. /p pbAs part of the Sales Department, you will excel and enjoy this position – open for multiple areas: Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria Sicilia, if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /b /p ul liReach geographical Area economic targets /li liImprove and develop geographical Area’s turnover /li liPromote the correct flow of capital information to/from headquarter and stores /li liGuarantee the correct application of Groups’ policies and economic policies (prices, promotions, communications) /li liIn charge of employees’ health and safety, acting as safety authority /li liSupervise and approve HR policies among the stores of his/her competency in partnership with the HRBP retail of the Area. /li liManage employees career paths in collaboration with HRBP Retail of the Area. /li liSupport Store Managers when needed /li liCheck constantly his/her own geographical Areas’ targets through management tools provided (sales, profits, shop profits, KPIs); /li liElaborate and share with the Store Manager and Specialist the appropriate use of development plans in order to achieve Group’s goals /li liImplement and adapt National commercial strategy to his/her Geographical Area according to local needs and peculiars /li liManage relationship with Training Department in order to develop Retail Employees’ Expertise /li liManage relationships with Brands in order to implement commercial activities and plans /li liCompetitor's analysis in order to understand the market and to implement new strategies in cooperation with Sales Director and all the Sales Team /li liBeing confident with social media,
