Project Manager for construction activities in Italy including the on-time delivery of the CSA+MEP activities.
Visit job sites for field investigations and coordination meetings.
Conduct weekly meetings with project teams to provide feedback and assist in addressing concerns and removing roadblocks.
Oversee the General contractors are performing to schedule and have the correct resource available.
Attending / Coordinating project team meetings and interface with various team members.
Project coordination and commissioning support
Anticipate risk to the program/schedule and propose/implement mitigation solution.
Reporting of Construction activities status and stakeholders, performances.
