**Job Description Summary**: The Internal Communication Professional is responsible to execute all activities involving Avio Aero overall population, both salaried and hourly colleagues. **Essential Responsibilities**: - Manage all kinds of internal messaging, from key corporate messages to service communications
- Design and disseminate communication campaigns on key company topics
- Organize/coordinate internal events, such as town-hall meetings, family days, open days at site/plant level, etc.
- Manage digital channels and other internal platforms in partnership with the Digital team
- Define analytics to measure communication effectiveness
- Partner with HR to ensure appropriate distribution according to internal needs
- Produce news and material for Avio Aero Intranet and GE Aerospace _Jetway_
- Create newsletters, videos and communication toolkits
- Manage specific projects to engage our people on core themes, such as quality, safety and lean
- Design and produce presentations and other internal materials **Qualifications/Requirements**: - Master’s degree in communications
- Experience in leading internal communication projects and initiative
- Solid communication skills and competencies
- Fluent and/or excellent verbal/written skills in both English and Italian **Desired characteristics**: - Passion and energy to deliver
- Hands-on approach
