We are a fast-paced, fearless, and ambitious team — are you in? /ph3Role Overview /h3pAs a Digital Trading Executive, you will work with the Trading Manager to ensure commercial targets are met, for sales, GPV and EBIT, driving trading to agreed plans, implementing and applying good practice. /ppYou will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, building strong relationships with Head Office, Retail, Operations, Merchandising, Content, Copywriting and Marketing to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliReview website content, customer journey and user experience across all devices (web, mobile, app), conducting regular walk-throughs to identify opportunities for improvement. /liliConstantly review the navigation and structure of all channels looking for ways to improve visitor/buyer conversion rates. /liliReview the seasons trading, looking for opportunities to drive sales, through new brands and ranges. /liliUnderstand the Retail performance and help manager adjust plans accordingly. /liliBe aware of what competitors are doing, looking for new trends and developments. /liliReview previous week’s performance and propose and agree actions for the week. /liliReview daily sales identifying areas of weakness, proposing,



and taking action to increase sales and ensuring optimal stock availability at all times. /liliTracking, reporting and recommending solutions for slow sellers /liliTesting tracking promotional mechanics, suggesting markdown and promotional events in line with brand strategy, and reporting on successes and missed opportunities. /liliWorking with Merchandising to drive order fulfilment from Digital warehouses and the omnichannel methods. /liliWorking with digital channel teams and Marketing to ensure campaigns are consistent, successful, and support 3rd party brand campaign execution. /liliManage the key website metrics across each financial period to ensure all targets are met. /liliSupport and share learnings with wider trading country teams. /liliManage the relationship with digital merchandising counterparts. /li /ulh3Skills Experience Required /h3ulliUniversity degree is considered an advantage, but applications from candidates with significant or international experience will also be considered. /liliEcommerce or Retail experience is a plus, but we want to consider Graduates with minimal or no experience as well. /liliDemonstrate hunger for growth and passion for business, commercial analysis, problem solving and personal development, with good business acumen. /liliDemonstrated organisational,planning, andanalytical skills. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /liliAn understanding and interest in sports lifestyle youth culture preferred. /liliAbility to teamwork and build strong working relationships with different teams. /liliHigh proficient with all relevant computer software MS Office pack,
