Act as a trusted advisor to ARKRAY's customers by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. /li /brliProvide feedback to the manager concerning performance anomalies encountered in the field and suggest recommendations for improvements. /li /brliReview service manual documentation to ensure accuracy and current revision levels and translate these documents into local language when the need arises.



/li /brliMaintain Device History Records and monitor modification and software upgrade status. /li /brliReview failure trend analysis data for each product assigned. Identify failure trends and report them to management for resolution. /li /brliMaintain professional and technical knowledge pertaining to service activities described by attending educational classes as required and reviewing technical bulletins. /li /brliCoordination of the activities of some external service agencies within the assigned area /li /brliThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by management. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Engineering or related fields. /li /brli2+ years' experience in the repair, maintenance, and installation of medical diagnostic equipment (IVD-IVDR) that are used in a laboratory setting. /li /brliBusiness Level language proficiency in English Italian /li /brliWillingness to travel.
